Wallum Nurseries seeks to be respected in the market for its depth of knowledge, innovative ideas and as a centre for excellence in native revegetation species.

About Us

Wallum Nurseries is a wholesale Australian native plant nursery, specialising in tube stock for revegetation. The nursery commenced operations on September the 1st, 1999 and the nursery site is centrally located and is only 15km south east of the Brisbane City District. Wallum Nurseries was judged the best medium-sized production nursery for Queensland for 2005. Its background experience in horticulture spans over 25 years. Wallum Nurseries can supply a range of native plant varieties suited to a broad range of habitats such as: Dry Sclerophyll, Wet Sclerophyll, Sub-Tropical Rainforest, Grasslands, Riparian Community, Wallum, Coastal Dunes and Wetlands.

Wallum Nurseries has the specialist knowledge to:

• Provide a nutritionally well-maintained plant, which is pest and disease free.
• Collect seed from specific locations for your project or contract.
• 90% of plant production is germinated from seed. This ensures genetic diversity is maintained for revegetation.
• Seed is collected within a 250km radius of Brisbane.
• Collect vegetative material for cutting grown stock from a broad parent population to maintain genetic diversity for revegetation.
• Grow large volumes of individual species to meet your demands.
• Contract grows – large and small volumes are catered for.
